Not one to be pigeon holed, or limited by others’ perceptions, Cassette draws influence from many genres.

Early attendance at raves listening to Breaks, Garage, Drum n Bass and Chicago House, combined with her upbringing on Jazz & Soul have all helped shape her into the dynamic selector she is today.

Whether it be deep minimal tech or jacking old skool house there is a certain groove evident in all her musical choices that sets her sound apart from the masses. Cassette got soul!

Her infectious personality and creative sets continue to prove her reputation as a deserving local favourite.

She has strong support from renowned Sydney collectives S.A.S.H, Return to Rio, Blueprint, Subsonic and her own brand BODYWORK.

Internationally, her mixes and productions have been featured on radio stations, websites and blogs around the world resulting in club and festival gigs in Europe, USA, Africa, Mexico, Dubai and Asia.

Her music knowledge and creativity is not limited to the club scene, she has previously completed projects for VIVID Sydney and been headhunted to work with high-end brands Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Harpers Bazaar, Nike and Adidas.

So what's on the horizon for cassette? She continues to grow her own brand and record label BODYWORK which she runs with her bff DJ Danni B. Bodywork is fast developing it's own loyal cult following, branching out into art fashion and records.
