Air Max '97

Dutch born, Aotearoa raised and now residing on Gadigal land, Air Max ‘97 is a singular artist in the electronic music ecosystem. His restless dancefloor focused productions explore the nexus of rhythm and sound design, unbothered by tempo or genre constraints. His recent output includes a string of releases on his own label DECISIONS, an appearance on fabric Originals’ compilation “SELECTS I”, acclaimed 12”s on Batu's Timedance label, as well as collaborative EPs as Loppy B with SCAM and A2A with Aya.

Passionate about whipping up frothy dancefloors, Air Max ‘97 is a magnetic presence as a DJ. His sets work out body and mind, serving high energy, bass rich club gear with a generous dose of playful left turns.
