Séarlait

Séarlait's sets instinctively orbit hypnotic, rolling grooves, to breaks, playful vocals and lesser-heard curveballs, remaining uplifting and unexpected.

Whether she is in front of crowds or recording for stations like Rinse FM, Skylab and Voices, Séarlait's context-driven approach effortlessly weaves dub, minimal, house, tech and all things wiggy. From playful tech-house daytime sets like Daybreak and Pitch Music & Arts, to frequent late-night darker escapades, Séarlait has a knack for storytelling and has mastered confidently playing to her surroundings. With over four years of international community radio residencies under her belt, Séarlait is an expert at connecting worlds and genres, both on and off the dancefloor.

An extension of her multi-disciplinary place in dance music, Séarlait is head of forward-thinking 1800 Play - a community-focused event and monthly mix series which celebrates both local and international artists, with an extensive alumni including Huerta, Niks, Garrett David and so on. Whether it's parties, or charity based, non-club events, Séarlait has carved a niche space within the Naarm scene, encouraging connection and inclusion.
