Los Angeles based multi-genre producer Will Leong (aka NO BILLS) brings intoxicating tech house, techno, and house to the dance floor. Having an accomplished resume as a music producer and writer, accumulating 350m+ streams across the globe, ranging from pop, hiphop, edm, and kpop; he’s worked with notable acts such as Emotional Oranges, Eric Nam, Epic High, Key, Arctic Lake, KWAYE, and Liquid Stranger. With his strength in variety of production, it’s clear that NO BILLS has something unique to deliver to Electronic music.

NO BILLS was created by Will in 2019 as a moniker to showcase his regard for dance music. This launch began as an official remix for Bishop Briggs' song "TATTOOED ON MY HEART," which has now accumulated over 500k+ streams. He has since co-founded a label called "Planet Fire Records,” under which they started to release tracks and throw events throughout Los Angeles including opening for Maahez and DJing the Coachella campgrounds stage.
