AZUL666 started her production and DJ journey in 2018, soon after discovering the Australian doof scene. She loves contrasts mixing melancholic and ethereal melodies with high-energy beats focusing more on tracks’ atmospheres than on a specific genre blending driving, hypnotic, raw, groovy or industrial techno with trance. With her other alias Montaña Azul, she regularly plays in Naarm/Melbourne’s most iconic clubs such as My Aeon or New Guernica and Australian festivals, such as Esoteric Festival and Earth Frequency Festival. She recently released her first techno track with locally-based label Anomalie Collective for which she’s a resident DJ. She’s hoping to release her first EP in 2025.
