Subsonic Music Festival Sound for ’16

Sonically superior

We at Subsonic Music are committed to delivering the utmost quality in outdoor festival production, while still remaining handmade and homegrown. So it is with that objective in mind that we have chosen the finest sound in the world available right here in Australia. Ladies and gentlemen, this year on all 5 Subsonic stages, we bring you the fabled Funktion-One.

Subsonic Music have partnered with Full Throttle Entertainment to bring the legendary speakers to our gathering, with our main stage set to be featuring the new state-of-the-art Vero® system, released only earlier this year. Vero® is unique technology that delivers an unprecedented sonically superior listening experience; Full Throttle own and operate the only Vero® system available in Australia (and one of only five in the world!). Truly the next level of audio, Vero has been designed, developed and perfected by some of the most experienced sound engineers on the planet.

With the largest and most comprehensive Funktion-One inventory in the southern hemisphere, Full Throttle is the go-to for Funktion-One down under. Not only confined to the realm of sound, they are an end-to-end, full-service entertainment production and venue design house, with bases in Melbourne and Sydney. Offering technical services, nightclub design, event production, and tour management, Full Throttle is owned and run by sound mechanic Adam Ward, whom has over two decades of audio industry expertise across three continents. Now that’s one impressive repertoire.

So – you asked, and we listened.  To bring our festival-goers the absolute best of everything is our ultimate aim, and this year we take that lofty goal to new heights by bringing you the very best sound system in existence.

You’re welcome 🙂
