Market Stalls

Subsonic Music Festival has a vibrant village precinct with a bustling market area of funky stalls selling food, drinks, handmade clothing and creations etc. If you would like to bring your stall to Subsonic Music Festival, please submit your application below. Thanks for your interest!


Stall holders are permitted to arrive on site from Thursday 30th November between the hours of 9am and 6pm or Friday 1st December between the hours of 8am and 10am.  All market stalls MUST be onsite and set up no later than midday on Friday 1st December 2017. All stall holders are required to adhere to the minimum trading hours & must remain fully set up until 10pm Sunday night (no vehicle movements until 1am Monday morning).

Staff Tickets

All stall spaces come with either 4 staff tickets (Food Stalls) or two staff tickets (Non-Food Stalls). If additional staff are required, you are able to purchase up to (4) additional staff tickets for $250 each. Any additional staff tickets must be requested in advance no later than 3rd November 2017. If you do not pre-purchase extra staff tickets you will have to pay gate price for each additional staff member.

Environmental Policy

All stall holders are required to use biodegradable detergents & serving paraphernalia (plates, bowls, utensils). All stall holders are responsible for the proper disposal of all waste generated by their stalls. Skip bins will be located onsite and can be used by stall holders for solid waste. Stall holders are expected to leave their site completely clean. A cleaning deposit system will be implemented in 2017. Stalls will be required to check out with markets village manager and ensure all grey water, black water cooking oils and waste have been disposed via the required channels. If area is signed off as clean, the deposit will be refunded.


Market Stall fees:

Market Stall fees vary in cost & are dependent upon a number of factors including type & size of stall, power requirements etc.

Market Stall fees include 1 x 15-amp power outlet (additional outlets may be purchased), Water, 2 or 4 staff tickets (dependent upon type of stall) & sullage.

Please send us your details regarding water requirements, power requirements, sullage disposal, stall size and we will advise of any additional costs.

Market Stall Applications close on the 1st September 2017.

For our 2017 festival, all stalls must agree to use our cashless payment system.
